Well. Grimaldi's isn't cheap. But is it worth it?
This elegant restaurant is located inside the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino (there are four other locations in and around Sin City) and over the years has become well-known for its pizzas. The place is warm and very inviting.
First, while the menu is exhaustive, focus on the pizzas- they're excellent. Every pizza is made fresh, and the crusts are thin and crispy. If you are from the East coast, try the Brooklyn Bridge pizza that contains Italian sausage and ricotta cheese; it's mouthwatering. Other specialty pizzas that are just as good include the Margherita, the Quattro Formaggi (with mozzarella), and the Don (sausage and meatballs). Toppings cost anywhere from $2-$4. The restaurant has a large selection of wines to go with your pizza. And if you still have room to spare, try one of the desserts, especially the Oreo cheesecake.
There are also vegan and gluten-free pizza options available.
The best time to go to Grimaldi's is during lunch. Pizza with wine and dessert for two will cost about $60-$75. But it's worth it.
